For many, it will be a challenge to feel the silence, as the vast majority are used to the hectic pace of everyday life, and many distractions such as mobile phones, TV, internet - with all the entertainment that entails. Many people have completely forgotten what it is like to activate themselves. Therefore, it will probably also be experienced as frustrating - at least at the start. But if you decide to use this time constructively, there is a good chance that you will look back on it as a beautiful break where you got to know yourself a little better.
Think long thoughts
A lot is happening on earth. The blackout is due to several factors, but the trigger is a huge solar flare that brings with it a storm of energies that help to activate your DNA and your awakening process.
This is part of your and humanity's evolutionary process, and it happens in symbiosis with Mother Earth. I am aware that many of you do not understand the scale, the connections and how big this is. But you will understand that as you process all the energies that are added. I have described more about this in these articles. When it's quiet, it's easier to think your own thoughts. THAT is absolutely central to this process. You've probably noticed that there are some memories from the past that keep coming back to you. It is your supersoul that tries to let you know which events in life you should take a closer look at because you have not processed them properly. It is therefore a self-examination process that you are invited to enter into.
An individual and collective process
Millions of people all over the world have been through this already. Therefore, we have experienced it so that we can give our fellow human beings advice and tips on how to deal with it in an effective way. We who woke up first had to manage this on our own to a greater or lesser extent. Fortunately, you don't have to, because we are ready to help you with the insight and knowledge we have acquired through hard work on ourselves.
All people are different, and everyone has their own path. You have different things to process than your fellow human beings because only you have lived your life. Therefore, metaphors and pictorial depictions of the process itself are a good way to share the "recipe", because it makes it possible for the individual to interpret the message and make it their own based on the life they have lived. It is about unprocessed trauma and unhealed wounds that you have in yourself after you have been wronged during your life. Incidents like this cause people to change their behavior in order to protect themselves when they come up in similar situations later in life.
The mirror of self-examination
Your process therefore consists of looking at yourself in the mirror. Briefly explained, it's about taking a closer look at everything you judge and dislike about others. Because when you do, it is in reality a reflection of something that is unprocessed within yourself. This is a fairly comprehensive process and you are unlikely to finish it within the ten days. But you're off to a good start if you welcome those memories that come knocking. Ask yourself why they come and ask your oversoul to guide you further into it.
It's easier to do this when you get into a flow state in your mind. I myself found that it was a good idea to keep up with some needlework, because then your thoughts start to flow freely as you get practice with it. If you allow yourself to sail with your thoughts, and let them show you the way, you will find your own technique.
Your oversoul serves you the memories that you prioritize first. All you really need to do is be curious about it and join the journey.
Treasure chest and reward
It can be scary the first few times, because this is all about self-deception to the highest degree. But as I have described before, there is a huge treasure chest waiting for you inside those old memories that will never give up until you grab them. So there is nothing to be afraid of, quite the opposite. Because when you have done the job properly, you see yourself, and your life, from a higher perspective. You will get to know yourself all over again. You will get rid of everything called shame. You gain self-respect, restore your integrity and find a sea of undiscovered potential.
Remember by all means that this is not dangerous. Make it cozy around yourself and know that you are not alone in this. All over the world, millions of people are in exactly the same situation.

Diet and autophagy
If you are the tough type, I can also recommend fasting. I did my first 72-hour fast this fall. I decided on pure intuition, and it went really well. There are many advantages to this, because you reset your body purely physically. You don't have to do it for 72 hours. But the longer you manage, the greater the effect. I experienced the first 24 hours as the most challenging, although I was so motivated that it went without any major challenges.
Search for “autophagy” on YouTube and you will find good sources. In this link you will find one that I think was well explained.
Otherwise, it is also wise to listen to your body when it comes to what you should eat. I remember very well that I changed my diet completely automatically, without me making any decision about it. I now know that is completely normal in the awakening phase.
Therefore: Listen to your body, because it is smarter than you think.
